Make up Classes Policy

Dear parents/guardians,

We understand that sometimes players may need to miss a session, but we can only allow ONE MAKE UP CLASS PER TERM. Here’s how our make-up classes work:

Make-up classes can be arranged, depending on availability, at other training day/time and locations.

If your child will be away on holiday, please let us know at least 7 days in advance.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer make-up sessions for missed tournament games.

For absences due to illness, StepUp may ask for a medical certificate. Thank you for helping us keep things fair and consistent for all players. TRAINING CANCELLATIONS will be credited via discount on next payment
